Applications are accepted from the 30th November 2018 until the 18th of April 2019.

Maximum is: seven minutes.
To offer each artist a fair chance and to calculate show length, acts longer than seven minutes will not be accepted to the Festival.
Front view (audience perspective) is most appropriate.
Since we have not seen your act live, it is important the video show us exactly what you would present at the festival. Full act, from beginning to end. Having an audience is not required.
Edits, additional camera angles or effects that make the video more "beautiful" are not helpful.
Act trailers or demo videos are not aceepted. Your application will be rejected.
That is not a problem and we understand this circumstance. You may film in a training space as long as act and music are the same. If you have costumes, they should be worn for the video. Take care to use a well lit space and a constrasting background.
The only exception are comedy acts. In that case, we highly recommend performances filmed in front of live audience with the original sound.

Festival participants (the artists) are responsible for installing their own equipment. A technician will be present to assist and a ladder will be made available to use, but otherwise, it is the artist's responsibility.
Your music MUST be provided to the sound technician on a USB stick.
We will not accept iphones, ipods, downloads, hard drives or any other transfer device.
